Coaching and facilitation
I am a certified INLPTA Master Coach and a Certified Facilitator for The Work of Byron Katie, and I do individual coaching and facilitation sessions, either via Skype or face-to face.
When working individually, I ask people to set aside two hours for the sessions, and normally they last about an hour and a half. I find that there is a natural rythm to the proces, and it seems that one and a half to two hours allows for a good flow and a sense of closure and completion.
I work on many different topics, both in the private and the professional arenas, and if you would like to have a talk about your specific issue, please feel free to contact me.
Focus on real change
The goal of each session is that you as a client experience concrete and positive change. For practical reasons, clients sometimes schedule a specific number of sessions from the start, but usually, we decide each time if there is still work to be done, and then we set the next date.
In terms of rythm, I suggest 2-3 weeks between each session. Less is too little to get relevant new experiences and more is too long to keep the momentum of the process going.
There are several factors that influence my fee - are we meeting via Skype or face-to-face, are you a poor student or do you have a fortune 500 company backing you - but if you get in touch, we can discuss the options!
I have collected some of the feedback I have received from my clients to enable you to get an impression of my work. Follow this link.
