The Work is a tool that helps you let go of the stressful thoughts and limiting beliefs that are the true cause of your problems.
This method is based on the surprising assertion that all the problems we face are in fact due to our own way of thinking, which is why the solution to these problems has to begin with ourselves. Once that leap is behind us, the rest is purely a matter of practice.

It is very difficult to explain the benefits of using The Work without sounding like a lunatic, simply because it is so hard to believe that such a simple tool can have such an enormous effect.
Nonetheless, by learning how to examine and let go of all the stressful thoughts that hold us back and get in our way, we can achieve astonishing results. And once we have learned how to use The Work, it becomes a tool we can take with us anywhere and use whenever we need to.
